Service Description

VisaSlotWatch is a Chrome extension that monitors US visa appointment availability at various embassies and consulates worldwide. Our service provides:

• Automated monitoring of visa appointment slots at selected embassies
• Real-time notifications when earlier appointments become available
• Multiple notification channels (email, Telegram, Slack, desktop notifications)
• Customizable monitoring frequency and preferences
• Dashboard for managing your monitoring settings
• Optional auto-login to renew your session after it expires (Professional T2 and Power User T3 only)

Account Terms

Account Creation

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Do not share your account credentials with others

Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information current and accurate. This includes updating your email address, notification preferences, and billing information as needed.

Payment Terms

Subscription Details

Our service operates on a subscription basis with multiple tiers. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription fee
• You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refunds

We do not offer refunds except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for one additional billing cycle before new pricing takes effect.

Acceptable Use

One Account Per User

Each subscription is intended for individual use. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with multiple people
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
• Use the service for commercial resale or redistribution
• Allow others to use your account for their visa applications

No Automated Abuse

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify our Chrome extension
• Use automated tools to interact with our service beyond normal usage
• Overload our systems with excessive requests or monitoring frequency
• Interfere with other users' access to the service

Compliance with Visa Site Terms

Prohibited Activities

• Using the service for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to embassy systems
• Sharing false or misleading information about appointment availability
• Harassing embassy staff based on information from our service

Service Limitations

No Guarantee of Appointment Availability

Monitoring Frequency Limits

Monitoring frequency is limited by plan tier:

• Free: Every 120 minutes
• Starter: Every 30 minutes
• Professional: Every 15 minutes
• Power User: Every 5 minutes

Notification Delivery SLA

We strive to deliver notifications promptly, but cannot guarantee:

• Instant delivery of all notifications
• 100% delivery success rate for email or third-party notifications
• Availability during embassy website maintenance
• Accuracy if embassy websites change their structure

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide advance notice when possible for planned maintenance.

Liability Limitations

Service Provided "As Is"

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall VisaSlotWatch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Missed visa appointments or travel delays
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party claims or damages

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your account dashboard
• Closing your account in dashboard settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following the cancellation process in your billing emails

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in ways that harm our systems or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately suspended
• Monitoring and notifications will stop
• Billing access ends at the end of your current paid period
• Your account email is anonymized immediately upon account closure
• We retain non-identifiable analytics or operational records as required by law or for service integrity
• You are responsible for saving any information you need before termination

Data Export

We do not currently offer a data export feature. If you need to keep a copy of your settings or history, please save it before closing your account.
