Introducing VisaSlotWatch — Your 24/7 US Visa Appointment Monitor
VisaSlotWatch is a Chrome extension that monitors US visa appointment availability and sends instant alerts when earlier dates open. Stop refreshing manually — let us watch for you.
We built VisaSlotWatch because we've been there. Waiting months for a US visa appointment, refreshing the portal dozens of times a day, only to see the same distant date staring back. Then hearing that someone else grabbed a slot that appeared for just 10 minutes while you were asleep.
That frustration led us to build VisaSlotWatch — a Chrome extension that monitors US visa appointment availability around the clock and alerts you the moment earlier dates become available.
What Is VisaSlotWatch?
VisaSlotWatch is a Chrome extension designed specifically for US visa applicants. It works with the official US visa appointment system (ais.usvisa-info.com) to:
Monitor appointment availability at your selected embassy locations
Detect earlier dates as they become available from cancellations or batch releases
Send instant alerts via browser notifications, email, Telegram, or Slack
Run safely in the background while you focus on other things
Think of it as having a dedicated assistant watching the appointment portal 24/7 so you don't have to.
VisaSlotWatch is not affiliated with the U.S. government or the AIS provider.

Why Do You Need This?
The Problem
US visa appointment availability is unpredictable. Here's what typically happens:
You book the earliest available date — often 6-12 months out
Earlier slots appear randomly — from cancellations, rescheduling, or batch releases
These slots disappear within minutes — sometimes seconds
You miss them — because you can't refresh the page every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day
The result? You're stuck with a date months away while others (who happened to check at the right moment) grab earlier appointments.
The Solution
VisaSlotWatch eliminates the guesswork:
Continuous monitoring — Checks for new slots based on your subscription tier (every 5 to 120 minutes)
Multi-embassy support — Monitor up to 3 embassies simultaneously
Instant notifications — Get alerted immediately when earlier dates appear
No manual refreshing — Set it up once and let it work in the background
How It Works
Step 1: Install the Extension
Get VisaSlotWatch from the Chrome Web Store. It takes less than 30 seconds to install.
Step 2: Sign In to Your AIS Account
Open your browser and sign in to your existing appointment at ais.usvisa-info.com. VisaSlotWatch works within your authenticated session — we never require your login credentials.
Step 3: Configure Your Preferences
Once signed in, the extension auto-detects your embassy and schedule ID. You can:
Select which embassy locations to monitor
Set your target date (only get alerts for dates before this)
Choose your notification channels
Step 4: Get Alerted
When an earlier appointment becomes available, you'll receive an instant notification. Click through to the booking page, select your preferred time slot, and you're done.

Target date filtering — Only receive alerts for dates that matter to you
Session validation — Automatic detection when your session expires
Security and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously:
Optional auto-login — Professional and Power User tiers can save credentials locally for automatic session renewal when your portal session expires. Credentials are stored only on your device, encrypted at rest, and never sent to our servers.
Session-based access — Works within your existing authenticated browser session
Local processing — Your data stays in your browser
Least-privilege permissions — We request only the permissions needed to check availability and send alerts
No aggressive behavior — Configurable, respectful check intervals that won't trigger rate limits
Limitations and Coverage
VisaSlotWatch currently supports countries that use the AIS appointment system (ais.usvisa-info.com). We are also expanding support for the CGI Federal (ustraveldocs.com) portal. Depending on the country, U.S. visa appointments are managed through either AIS or CGI Federal. While these portals may appear under different URLs, their underlying scheduling capabilities largely overlap. If your embassy uses a different booking system entirely, the extension won’t be able to monitor it.
Pricing
VisaSlotWatch offers flexible pricing to match your needs (prices in USD, billed monthly, taxes may apply):
Tier | Price | Best For |

Starter | $14.99/month | Individual applicants |
Professional | $34.99/month | Flexible schedules, multiple locations |
Power User | $54.99/month | Urgent needs, maximum coverage |
